This unique golf clubhouse combines a striking 16-layer stepped fascia, a six-module underground golf simulator, cart storage, and a new restaurant area—all while eliminating interior posts for an open, airy feel. The design challenges intensify with a large-span roof over a trapezoidal structure, complete with a clerestory above, all set in a snow-heavy, seismically active region. Balancing these dynamic features, we created a functional yet visually stunning space that stands up to the elements while offering a premium experience.
